Before we can decide whether this quote is true, we have to define what genius is. To me, genius is that unique talent or brilliance that we each have. There are many people who are masterful pianists, for example, and amongst those there is a range of talent.
Some people display greater skill at their genius at an early age but with practice become even better. Others develop their genius over time with consistent practice.
